Canadian Visa Information:
Once you have been accepted into the Inspired Canadian Learning Expedition Summer Youth Program, you will need to provide a down payment of 85% of the total program fees before applying for a Canadian Visitor Visa. Full reimbursement of the 85% will be issued back to families if there are any issues with the Canadian Visitor Visas.
You will be applying for a Canadian Visitor Visa only. The Inspired Canadian Learning Expedition Summer Youth Program is a 6 week program in Canada. This means that you will be coming to Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada on a certain date and returning to Accra, Ghana, Africa almost 6 weeks to the day later.
Reminder: You do not need a Study Permit to study in Canada for 6 months (26 weeks) or less, so you do not need a Study Permit Visa.
We can guide you to some general information, however, per section 91(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) on immigration consultants, unauthorized immigration representatives cannot provide immigration or citizenship advice including explaining or advising on immigration options or matters.
