Please prepare and collect all the necessary information and documents before you start the online application. You will need the student applicant’s complete information and at least one parent’s complete information. This includes full legal names, birth-dates, addresses, schooling information, etc.
-Inspired Canadian Learning Expedition will only accept complete applications via our online application system.
-Part-A application fee is $250 US dollars and is nonrefundable. Payment options available are; cash, direct deposit and global money transfers.
-Inspired Canadian Learning Expedition Finance Department will email a paid in full receipt after receiving payment and the completed Part-A application information.
-Incomplete or unpaid student applications will not be processed.

Passports-Birth Certificate
Copy of the student applicant's passport photo page is needed, or birth certificate if passport is in pending state. They must be in PDF or JPEG files only.

Letter of Reference
An English teacher, school counselor, or Headmaster/Principal must complete the letter of reference form for the student applicant.

Student's Letter of Intent
This letter is written by the student, explaining their desire to come to Canada and study as well to experience Canadian culture and activities. It should outline their past studies, their interests and hobbies, and their future goals. A one page document signed by the student applicant.

Medical Agreement and Release Form
This needs to be completed by the parents in conjunction with the student applicant.

Custodian Services Document.
A custodian is a responsible adult who takes care of and supports the child during their time in Canada. A custodian's primary role is to ensure that a minor-aged student is safe and has the necessary advice and support to reside safely within Canada.
Inspired Canadian Educational Expeditions will manage the custodian responsibilities. Inspired Canadian Learning Expedition will be responsible for setting up a custodian for your child. We will manage all the responsibilities, payments, lawyer documentation, fees and tasks that are involved.
Some of the roles and responsibilities of the custodian include:
-Maintaining ongoing contact with the student
-Referrals to important community services such as libraries, fitness clubs, etc.
-Assist the student in accessing immediate and/or ongoing medical services
-Monitoring overall mental, physical and emotional well-being of the student
-Explaining local laws and regulations
-Responding 24/7 to emergency situations involving the student.
Once the student applicant has been accepted into the Inspired Canadian Learning Expedition International Summer Youth Program the Custodian documents will be processed in Part-B of the online application system.

We recommend that you collect the following documents prior to applying. These documents assist us in making an admission decision should we require additional information. They must be submitted as single documents in PDF or JPEG files only and less than 5MB each.

Once Inspired Canadian Learning Expedition accepts Part-A of your application an email will be sent for the student to complete Part-B. If you do not submit the Part-B application within eight (8) days, the Part-A application will be automatically deleted.

- Photo albums. Some students compile a photo album for us. Please scan the entire album as one document.
- Other documents. If you have another document pertinent to admission, such as a student interview form, certificates of achievement, awards, or English language testing results, please submit these as a single document.
